We value your time and are grateful you’ve chosen our practice. As a small business, each doctor appointment is reserved specifically for you. When an appointment is cancelled at the last minute or missed, we are often unable to offer that time to another patient in need of care.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a doctor appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or missed without notice will incur a $50 fee.
